AlgoX2 is building a next-generation data-streaming platform for AI workloads. The system is multi-core, single-threaded, and built on formal code generation (see openacr.org). Experience with OpenACR is not required—only a commitment to writing software with uncompromising reliability.
We use a small, strictly defined subset of C++, closer to a safer C. Object-oriented constructs are avoided entirely. All programs are written as real-time in-memory databases, emphasizing determinism, predictability, and verifiable behavior.
AlgoX2 unifies stream processing, connectors, and lakehouse gateways into one fault-tolerant cluster running on commodity hardware. It delivers 10× higher throughput and up to 90% lower total cost than legacy stacks, with microsecond latency and full Kafka compatibility. It also supports Redis, NATS, and MQTT.
As a Principal Engineer and early team member, you will help design and implement the system core, working directly with PCI, NVME, InfiniBand, and formal code generators. The role values correctness and conceptual clarity over speed or volume.
